Biju Janata Dal is afraid of black flag protest. According to an Odia daily news paper report, an woman is forced to remove her petticoat at a Public meeting of Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, in Bargarh.
In the meeting place at Cement factory field, some people were being arrested for black flag protest. So there was very tight security system for the CM’s meeting. Because of this, some common people faced embarrassing situation. Even an woman was forced to remove her petticoat, as it was black in color.

The people coming to the meeting, were strictly restricted who were in black colored shirt, handkerchief, muffler, dupatta and shawl. These dresses were seized. After that only they were permitted to enter.
But the shame is that, the security persons forced a woman to remove her petticoat, then allowed to enter. The lady also said weeping that, she will never come again to this type of meetings.
Similarly a young journalist also forced to remove his black socks before entering the meeting.
Opposition BJP has strongly criticized BJD for such work. BJP spokesperson Sajjan Sharma said the incident is shameful. He added BJD is afraid of Black color, so they are doing such shameful activities.
