As per the protesters, it is pathetic to say that, more than 1 thousand illegal liquor shops are operated from bittle shops, hotels & private houses of many villages in Kamakhyanagar, Jiral & Bhuban without any Government license. Even the Excise officers are silent despite of public complain. Protesters said, the illegal liquor shop mafias were attacking the complainants abusing them using filthy languages. Innocent villagers for which the women are feeling unsafe in their own homes.

If the Excise, Police & Administration didn’t stop the illegal liquor shops and Goondaism of the Mafias, then more than 10 thousand women, youth & men of the constituency will be compelled to Gherao the Office of the Sub Divisional Excise Officer and Police Officer (SDPO) for indefinite days very shortly.
